What should I do if I don’t receive a verification code to my email?

  • Verify that the email you entered is typed without typos.
  • Check your junk / spam folder

What should I do if the verification code does not work?

  • If you copy the verification code from an email, make sure it does not contain spaces
  • Enter the verification code only in capital letters
  • Press the “Resend code” button
  • If you do not receive the Code, please email us at support@kini.cz

How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual and vice versa?

iOS
  • Open the Settings app
  • Click your name and click Subscriptions
  • Select the Kini app and click on Show all plans
  • Select your preferred subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase
Android
  • Open the Play Store app on your device
  • In the top right corner, go to your account profile
  • Find and navigate to the Payments & Subscriptions section
  • Click on Subscriptions and select the Kini app
  • Cancel your active subscription
  • Wait for the expiration date
  • When your current subscription expires, you can purchase a new subscription in the Kini app
